Job Description
As a Social Media Strategist, you’ll spearhead the creation and execution of cutting-edge social media strategies, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital presence of a thought leader in the professional development space. Your creative vision and strategic acumen will directly influence the brand’s growth, engaging with C-suite executives and industry leaders. Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
  • Develop engaging, thought-provoking content tailored for leadership audiences.
  • Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success, inform strategy, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Collaborate on promotional strategies for speaking engagements, training events, and other initiatives.
  • Drive engagement and foster meaningful connections with industry leaders.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, particularly in B2B and executive spaces



Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and video editing.
  • Experience with Wordpress web design.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn strategy, particularly in B2B and thought leadership marketing.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling stories and repurpose content for multiple platforms.
  • Highly strategic and organized, able to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills tailored for professional audiences.
  • Proficiency in Canva and advanced video editing software.
  • Ability to ensure visual cohesion across all social platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in branding and maintaining consistent brand standards.
  • Owns high-performance equipment capable of processing large media files efficiently.
